At Ylaxyronoxax, we take pride in the quality of our handmade greeting cards and printed materials. Every card is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all cards will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your cards arrive damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and photos of the defect or damage
  • We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days
  • Approved claims will receive replacement cards or a full refund
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items

Custom Orders

Because our cards are custom-made to your specifications:

  • Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production
  • We cannot accept returns due to customer error in approved designs
  • Spelling, text, or design errors in approved artwork are not eligible for return
  • Color variations due to printing processes are normal and not considered defects

Standard Products

For non-custom, standard design cards:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
  • Cards must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed cards with personalized text or images
  • Cards that have been written in or used
  • Sample packs provided free of charge
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
  • Digital design files or proofs

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the items within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need different cards:

  • Return the original items following our return process
  • Place a new order for the items you want
  • This ensures you receive your new cards as quickly as possible

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible
  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Contact us immediately with photos and your order number
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and send replacements

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Orders can be cancelled before production begins
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Full refunds are provided for successfully cancelled orders
  • Design fees may be non-refundable if design work has been completed
